About AMBRELLE

The amber hour

Twice a day the light turns amber: just after sunrise and just before night. AMBRELLE is built around those two moments.

The name

AMBRELLE comes from amber

AMBRELLE comes from amber: ambre in French, Amber in German and Dutch, ambra in Italian, ámbar in Spanish. Amber glass protects what it holds from light, and amber is the colour of the sky twice a day.

Six jars, one routine

Fewer jars, a time for each

Each jar gets a time of day, sunrise or sunset, and a place in sight: by the kettle in the morning, on the bedside table at night.

Two routines

Two moments a day, set by the sun.

Most of us own four or five jars and forget half of them by week three. AMBRELLE gives each jar a time of day: sunrise or sunset.

How we choose

Few products, each one documented

So we sort every product into two routines, Aube for the morning and Crépuscule for the evening. Every page states the dose and the number of days a jar lasts, and the lab report of a batch is available on request.

  • Formulas from Germany

Our supplements come from German manufacturers, and every parcel ships from Germany.

  • Lab report on request

Heavy metals and microbiology, pesticides for plant extracts: ask us for the report on a batch of any product.

  • Only EU-authorised claims

Every health claim on our pages comes word for word from the EU register, with its conditions of use.

What we stand for

Our manifesto

Four rules we keep, product after product.

  • Follow the light

A routine lasts when it has its hour. Ours follows sunrise and sunset, wherever you live.

  • Say the numbers

The dose, the days a jar lasts and the price per day, written plainly on every product page.

  • Fewer, in their place

Two routines rather than a full shelf: every jar has its place and its moment.

  • Free to stop

No commitment: a subscription is cancelled online in a few clicks, even without an account.
