The Aube routine fits between the alarm and the front door. Pick one to three products, set them by the kettle and take them with breakfast.

When do I take Aube and Crépuscule products?

Aube products in the morning, with breakfast or your first glass of water. Crépuscule products in the evening, after dinner. Each product page gives the daily dose.

How does the site know when the sun rises where I am?

It calculates sunrise and sunset from your country and your device's time zone. We don't ask for your location.

What is the supply?

The number of jars or pouches of the same product that covers at least three months, in one parcel, 15% cheaper than buying them one at a time, with free delivery. The product page shows the exact number and days. For products that last 90 days or more, a single one is already the supply.

Can I take these products during pregnancy?

Several labels advise against it, including lion's mane, shilajit, ashwagandha and chaste tree. Read the warnings on each product page and ask your doctor or pharmacist.
