When do I take Aube and Crépuscule products?
Aube products in the morning, with breakfast or your first glass of water. Crépuscule products in the evening, after dinner. Each product page gives the daily dose.
How does the site know when the sun rises where I am?
It calculates sunrise and sunset from your country and your device's time zone. We don't ask for your location.
What is a supply?
The number of jars that covers at least 90 days, in one parcel: three jars of gummies (90 days), two jars of magnesium, omega-3, Q10 or electrolytes (120 days). It costs 15% less, with free delivery, and its name gives its real length: 3 or 4 months. Jars that last 90 days or more, such as creatine powder (110 days), are sold one at a time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account, in a few clicks, with the “Cancel subscription” button, or without logging in, with the “Cancel a subscription” link at the bottom of every page. You don't need to email or call us.

From Germany, to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland and Malta. Delivery costs €5.90 and is free from 2 products or €50.
Can I take these products during pregnancy?
Several labels advise against it, including lion's mane, shilajit, ashwagandha and chaste tree. Read the warnings on each product page and ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, use the “Withdraw from the contract here” button at the bottom of every page, no account needed. Return shipping is on us. After that, the 30-day guarantee still applies, even if the jar is opened.
