14-day right of withdrawal, free return
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Use the “Withdraw from the contract here” button at the bottom of every page: no account needed. We acknowledge receipt by email within 24 working hours. Return shipping is on us. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our terms of sale.
30-day money-back guarantee
If a product doesn't suit you, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we refund it, even if it has been opened. Return shipping is on us.
Subscription
Each delivery matches the real duration of your products (a supply every 3 or 4 months, a single jar every 3, 4 or 6 months). You pay the supply price, or 15% less when a single one is enough, and delivery is always free. The price and the next shipping date are shown before you pay and in your account. Iron has no subscription: we email you before the pouch runs out. Vitamin D3: one jar every 6 months. Cancel online in a few clicks with the “Cancel subscription” button in your account, or without logging in via “Cancel a subscription” at the bottom of every page. Both are separate from the withdrawal button.
Legal guarantee of conformity
